CERS provides an opportunity for participants to receive feedback on their work via student and faculty reviewers. On behalf of the Engineering Graduate Student Council, we would like to seek your assistance as a reviewer.

There are three ways to participate:

  1. Paper reviewer
  2. Poster judging:  April 4th., 2019 (10-11 AM and/or 2.30-3.30 PM)
  3. Oral presentation judging:  April 4th., 2019 (9-10AM, 11AM-12PM and/or 1.30-2.30 PM)

Your feedback as reviewers will provide great opportunity for participants in CERS to improve their research and presentation skills. Additionally, your reviews will be used to award  research grants to high achieving students.

Paper Review Instructions

On behalf of the Engineering Graduate Student Council (EGSC), we would like to thank you for volunteering as a reviewer for the College of Engineering Research Symposium (CERS) 2019. Your assistance in the review process is greatly appreciated.

The review process is used in the awarding of prizes to the top submissions and also as an opportunity for students to receive a critique of their work and presentation skills. Our hope is that your comments and feedback will aid and accelerate the student’s path towards publishing their works in a professional journal.

Once you have completed reviewing the assigned papers, please do the following:

  1. Fill-out the provided score sheet
  2. Upload the marked paper and completed score sheet using this form

As one of our expert reviewers you are greatly contributing to the high standard of CERS event and we sincerely thank you for your support. We hope that you will continue to participate in CERS in the future.
